Atamifuji forced a playoff by toppling Aonishiki on Day Fifteen. Then he beat Kirishima in the first playoff before losing to Aonishiki in their rematch. A Jun-Yusho off 12 wins could be the start of an Ozeki run, although a really special Yusho might earn him the ceremont with the big fish. At a minimum, Atamifuji has proved he's a serious contender.
