Bio
Maxwell D was born in Dulwich, South London and grew to love music through his father who was a well-known DJ, Natty B on Choice FM (now known as Capital Extra). Growing up, music was a big part of Maxwell’s life, as a teenager he had a passion for Reggae, Dancehall and Hip Hop. At the age of 17 Maxwell entered a MC competition through a well-known radio station Kool FM. Maxwell went on to win the MC competition and as
a result was then offered a spot on the number one leading underground jungle drum and bass stations, Kool FM.
